I am looking for a good used 2011 Tacoma 4X4 access cab TRD Sport automatic trans. My old 2011 got totaled a year ago .Bought a 2013 Red 4x4 Tacoma access with the TRD package but allot rougher ride and seating position is uncomfortable compared to my 2011 .Does anyone know what they changed from 2011 to 2013 ? Suspension from a Sport to regular TRD off road package should be the same ? Shocks ? Wheel size 17" to 16" both had passenger tires and the 2011 was smother ride . I bought it new in 2010 with only 5 miles on it but cannot find a 2011 Tacoma access cab TRD Sport anywhere .

    glad your OK.

suspension.............. the rear leafpack has been flipflopped due to recalls and TSB's
Your 2011 and 2013 MAY have had different leafpacks.

The shocks I have read MAY be the same............then again Ive read here they MAY be different. (its been a long while since Ive looked into that since it was alot of back and forth). Eitherhow, they should both be yellow and blue bilsteins..... is tuning different tho? Thats the question.
I heard they are same part#

    its a cluster fugg

are you certain BOTH trucks were bone stock?

TRD sport and offroad seats are EXACTLY the same, position I would THINK should be the same too, same generation trucks, same seats.
    Ive been wrong before tho.

    Welcome to the dub

While that will be a smoother ride than overfilling, the 29 or so that is reccomended on the door jamb is rlly low and i feel is set to make the buyer think the ride is plush.

Are you also telling me that you have the stock tires on a 5yr old truck still? The 2013 still came with terrible rugged fail tires i thought. Generally good for 20k miles before they start to fall apart.

The door jamb tire pressure sticker is a reccomendation for the oem tire
