    Did some things this weekend.
    Went from this:

    to this:

    Added these:

    And did these two things:

Couldn't derp the tailgate badges. Seems as though the previous owner did some shade tree painting/body work on the tailgate and the badges have touchup paint smeared under and around them. Looks like there are big places where the paint is chipped under the bad touchup jobs too. So I may be removing them altogether and seeing if I'm going to have the gate repainted. Its got some other bad spots in the paint too, but I was just gonna live with those. Probably won't now...

Fog lights and possibly a Gentex mirror are next on the list.

I added a LED strip light to my awning. The power cord just unplugs and stores in my bed. Everything still folds up nicely. I have not tested it in the dark yet :(

More of a tire fail than a Tacoma fail. ;) After some upgraded MT or AT tires you'll be amazed at what the Tacoma can do.

Long day yesterday, more to go tonight.

    Dorman hub assemblies
Hawk Rotors, 5.0 pads (normally I would not run drilled rotors, but the whole kit was $60... Amazon price mistake)
    Stainless lines from https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/amazing-deal-on-steel-braided-brake-lines.97331/
Painted my stock calipers. They were super fucking crusty, wire wheeled them and sprayed while I had them off the truck.

Getting the hubs off the truck was a workout, bolts/nuts came off fine with my impact, but getting the hub out of the spindle was not easy. Some sort of puller would have made it go fast.
The nuts on the brakes lines were also a pain. Flare wrench helped, but those suckers were tight. I have to install the rear stainless lines and bleed the system tonight. Took some bad pictures for you all.

Yesterday morning I replaced my front pads and rotors. The rotors were stuck on like a b*****tch! Probably and hour and a half added to the job just soaking some Liquid Wrench and banging on the rotor with a hammer (hopefully didn't piss off my neighbors) before they finally popped off.

Not likely, they just don't like folks impersonating an officer.

Really depends on the cop. Most might just give you a warning. But one day you'll come across that one cop having a bad day or trying to prove himself. Blue and red will only increase your chances of it happening.

I sometimes need to shove someone back there, but it sucks when loading for camping. The old one had a flip over shelf, any one know if that can be put in the newer AC? I may have to look for one of those. Some Bitch-a-Than back there would help a lot and not take up too much room.

I am sure every state is different, but that's the level in Indiana. Most times its just an excuse to get you on the side of the road.

Every State is different, But Red and/or Blue and anything that flashes no matter the color. It also depends on the circumstance too, work vehicles can have white/yellow flashing lights in Indiana. So if you're out plowing or a tow truck in service then you're fine. But if you throw some White LED strobes on the front of your Taco and just cruse around you better have a real good story!!
