    @allenfab and I make a good team. Todd, of course, did a lions share of the work, but I made a few templates (which Todd complimented) and the final finish fit on the diamond plate was my work since aluminum is my area of experience, as was the notch for the light bar. We did good because it was very close to what I had in my head when we started. A few details are a little different, but I think it came out awesome. Now I'm ready to tag someone's tailgate...Muwahahahaha! :devil:

    Just kidding. I'm probably gonna regret saying that. :facepalm:

    Haha, I was thinking about that very thing. Depends on how sick of building stuff for me Todd is getting. There's still my rear bumper to do and then I need to get a new transmission crossmember (with a skid plate) made since the OEM one looks like a crushed beer can thanks to Hardrock and I want something with a little more protection for my transfer case. I may break down and want a bed rack to carry my spare on. This is all stuff down well down the road due to budget constraints but there's a lot of stuff yet to be done. :thumbsup:

    In other news, yesterday morning when I was fueling up to head to Lakeland, I went to go get back in the truck to take off and my @$&# outside door handle broke. Had to crawl in from the passenger side to open the driver's door. So I guess I'm doomed to be pulling door panels and dealing with the PITA of changing that crap out...x2 because as long as I'm doing it, I need to install the door lock actuator I got from @Key-Rei in the T4R as well.

    Ah, the joys of owning an antique truck. :rofl:
