You're crazy if you think CO is cheaper. Like anywhere it depends where you live. CO is getting stupid expensive though. My parents house was built in the 1920s, is around 1200 sq ft and the property is worth close to a million for less than a 1/4 acre. I would guess Utah is similar. As people become more active outdoors they are discovering the Rocky Mountains and moving in droves. If you want to live in the mountains your best bet is New Mexico, Wyoming or Montana. The biggest reason my wife and I decided to stay in Texas instead of moving back to Washington or Colorado was because the col is so much cheaper here. I make twice as much here than I did in Seattle and own two homes for half the price of what it would cost to own one.

Hate to tell ya I told you so, but facts are facts. Most of the guys that rolled out to Mason are in that invite only group, WALCS. Grown a** men that are the closest thing to a Mean Girlzzz group that I've ever seen. I was invited, I was in, but left it behind a couple of years back. This group is the coolest bunch you'll find, trust me.

I 100% agree with this my folks live in CO an make decent money they always complain about the COL compared to Abuquerque where they had a super nice house an made less. My dad told me it cost 1100 to have 3 vehicles registered. I miss ABQ so much sadia’s only a few min away an the freedom of the desert all open land. Just stay away from the reservations an you never got hassled by BLM or anybody as a matter of fact. Side note the high school they filmed breaking bad inside of was the one I went to.

At this point my next job will be 100% remote or online. I'm not trying to live in the city (hype) anymore. If its on Snapchat I dont want to be there.

Oh, we sure did! Was really nice just letting all the daily worries go and enjoying ourselves together.

Was a rather rude awakening this morning, but oh well. Need this mod $ :D

For sure. That's what I was saying though... Prices can very widely within state. All depends on what you want to be close to. There's really nothing along that stretch of 285. That's not outskirts any more. And windy as hell. Can't say I wouldn't mind living near there though. The collegiate range is nothing short of amazing. Crested Butte would be gorgeous. But again, you start paying for it. (https://www.zillow.com/crested-butte-co/) So many little mountain towns that used to be affordable but now are becoming desirable and it's jacking prices up.
