    Late last night I was able to install my @At The Helm Bed Stiffners and I had this small LED strip laying around that I got out of some customers trade a very long time ago lol and figured what the heck and put it in. I think it's enough light if I ever need it.

    Huh? I live in MA and I've never heard any such thing stated. Mud flaps are not required equipment in MA. I took mine off when the truck was new.
