Power steering flush is an easy job. Sucked out the fluid from the reservoir, pulled the reservoir and cleaned it but it looked good to start with, refilled and flushed. I had 300ml ATF leftover to refill the resi and added 30ml of stop leak it, double what it called for because Idk how much is in the pump/rack. We'll see if it keeps dropping, and I'll add more stop leak if it does. I don't want to change the rack yet.

Inner tie-rods showed up today. I'll hang onto them for a lil bit to see if this leak stops first.

Uhm how would tires, or is that manual trans, make the hood move? Some people have flap and some don't, it could be from offroading, but definitely happens when driving faster.

Tires lol, like if you had crazy boggers or something. I had very unbalanced 33 x12 MT's and I could see the hood wobbling from that given enough time! I mentioned mileage too since it seems like the latch might be a wear item ? :notsure:

Mine shakes in the middle towards the cowl rolling around 75-80 on the Hwy. A lot has to do with how hard you wheel I see more guys with this issue that wheel hard vs mall crawl the body must shift or something to cause this. Hood pins=because racecar! They look pretty cool.

I don't know as shit ages it tends to get worn. You may be onto something with the latch having some wear as well as possibly the core support that it's bolted on may be shifting or something.

The wheeling isn't at speed. Driving on the highway is that's where the flapping happened. I've had my frame replaced too.

As tight as those pins hold the hood, don’t be surprised if you end up with a tear or crack when the whole truck twists off-road

where is a guessing game and it may take multiple times before it shows

They're amazing. You should check out @mesojdm, he's doing a quad barrel retrofit on a 3rd gen!

It was a fucking pain in the ass - mainly to clean out the permaseal on the factory buckets. It was pretty simple to break apart the headlight with the right tools, paint, and resealing wasn't a big deal either.

I have RX350's with custom tuned STi-R lenses (tuned by Nuvolari on HID Planet), Morimoto 55w ballast and Osram CBH bulbs.

Oh ok, I thought you had someone tune factory lenses and was curious. Didn't realize they were already retros.

LOL, heck no. The factory output is junk. I had a Morimoto kit before the wreck, and it was OK at best.

Yea pretty easy, unless you spot other things that need fixed and other bolts don't want to come out.
