Ok right on. Prettt sure somebody mentioned $500 donation and other costly stipulations.

But, it'd be worth it to get some people hearing the name.

    Word!

I need to email the companies that I was working with and see if they are still going to sponsor and if they did.

Its going to be my first time out there and im planning on being there Thursday around 1 or 2pm. Im hoping to group camp with some other Texas Toyota Coalition folks. Anyone know what camp I should be aiming for when I arrive? Anyone else rolling out there Thursday?

I will be there as soon as the gate opens on Thursday. I am not 100% on where I will be camping this year, more than likely around the same place as last year to be honest. But not sure how much room I will have around that area for people as I have local guys coming and DFW guys as well.

Added a different map to the main post that is from Google Earth to explain the camp area a little better on where I am planning to camp with some DFW guys.

Ugh, hate that I'm going to miss this. The main electric camp is where the majority end up I think. Last year I ended up at DFWTX but it was designated a "family camp" I believe, which I preferred. Were I going this year, I wanted to get a spot at the bottom at Old Camp. Again, another family camp but I like the quiet and there's more trees. Feels more like proper camping to me, rather than just hanging out in a grass parking lot. I'm not sure the status of other camps. I think a couple to the east had been reserved for clubs.

I'll be there when the gates open on Thursday if you want to hang out when you get in. :)

We usually camp in Electric Camp as well all the way at the end of the RV hookups farthest from the bathrooms. We usually pay for 2 so that all the people with us tent camping have hookups to electric available as well as there is plenty of space there for at least 8-10 tents probably and trailers since at least 2 of us will be towing rigs in. Last year we had 2 pop up campers, 6 tents and people with trailers and sleeping in vehicles. And it was comfortable to move around camp.

@riz_atx That's correct I will be there! We will be arriving Friday morning hopefully in time to catch a guided run. My dad will be towing his RV down there like we did last year. I'm a pretty new TTC member but would love to get a group together to explore some trails.

Yea, I remember y'all being set up there.

I am tempted to get a electric site this year as I had one last year and it was nice to have a fan and lights plugged in and such.

But I feel bad getting one when I don't have a trailer...
