Thanks! I literally was about to install my Softopper until the hard topper was available.

The new owner of that Softopper loves it too. Both toppers are great for their purposes.

Use a pump, do attempt to pour in with a funnel. It will dribble out just barely when you come to the top. Also, how much is that fluid for the T-Case? I use OEM Toyota fluid from Amazon, but it is $30 for a can

I’m aware, I always use a pump now, the shit is messy clean or dirty and stinky, I even use the nitrile gloves.

    It’s like $17 1L and synthetic, there’s a few sellers online.

Didn’t want to put in 75W90, some members report dealers are putting this in the Tcase. Another reason I don’t use the dealer for fluid changes, really don’t use them for anything.

For the record, I dod not use 75w-90 in the T-case, but specific fluid from Toyota for the T-case, hence the $30 a can

Threw a 40" tool chest in the truck box today, but not entirely happy since I have a DCSB and feel it takes up to much box space.

Any ideas on to how compactly store a recovery strap, shackles, tool kit, axe, hatchet etc? Debating a bed divider?

I have the same chest in my other truck, but don't really worry since its a 7 ft box. I'm obsessed with having basic tools, and survival equipment with me at all times for some reason. :annoyed:

I searched everywhere for 2016 toyota transfer case fluid and this was the only genuine toyota product I could find.
Happy to change it if I am wrong, but someone please point me to a better full-syn

Is that the 200$ knock off one?

Is it not noticeable that it’s a knock off?

Not sure about a noticeable increase in gas mileage, but those things do seem to catch a decent amount of oil even in naturally aspirated engines based on what people are showing in the catch can after only a few months.
