I'm looking for the manufacture of the Toyota OEM 5" chrome or black tube running boards for a DCSB. Would prefer chrome but will take black.

The discount Toyota online part suppliers are cheap but the shipping and handling fees are off planet earth on running boards. Weight and length I'm guessing play a huge role.

So I've resorted to Amazon using my prime account. The OEM ones cost are a bit cheaper than the MSRP costs, but more than the discount online suppliers.

I've tried the used route but nothing local to mw

I know AMP makes the bumper step and bed extender. Can't figure out the manufacture of the running boards.

I lease this truck and don't want to put a lot of money into it as I'm most likely not going to take them off and resell them nor do I want the dealer high fivfing themselves when I turn it in at lease end. When I bought they wanted over a grand for the boards. Didn't happen, then they got snippy with me on the boards telling me if I modified the truck they would charge me. In the past when leasing I've bought OEM accessories and let them go when I turned the vehicle back in and and no one gave a rats 2 cents. Only if it left a hole, ect would they care.

    Thoughts or suggestions.

I’ve tried this and every thing is dented, bent, or scratched.

    I’ll keep trying.

Thanks Ive been told they Won’t fit. Don’t know if there is any truth in that. I also have the short bed too. Ones I e seen on scam bay are either take offs or when insurance companies pay body shops and they buy in pairs but only need one side only. I e did that already. They shipped and I got them but they were two right sides. The guy told me to just turn it around. In theory it would fit but there was a cut out and missing a mounting hole. They did a call pick up. Got my money back.

My local dealer won’t match McGeorge either. Local MSRP is way over the MSRP to start out with.
