Wasn’t that literally the purpose of buying the single wheel and tire, for figment purposes? That way you could do all your cutting beforehand, and just throw the new stuff on and enjoy it.

Of one fender  but really man, I definitely recommend pulling the coil over to do it once and be done. It’s satisfying knowing it’s done right.

I went 295s. Pulled the coil over and stuffed the tire today, and did appropriate cutting and hammering.

I’m a big fan of them! Fit well in the wheel well without having to cut fenders.

Yeah same. I'll probably stick with 285/75/16. Too much work I'm not interested in doing for 35s

I’m not. I was with my 255/80r17 though which was surprising.

I'm just gonna take the BFHammer next time I wheel... let the tire do the marking and beat it then. I want to play with the alignment a bit too. I think a lot can be done with alignment .....@eatsleeptacos were you rubbing the firewall just in the back or by the battery too?

Big time. Still rubs a little. You might as well just start hammering...

Just the back, and only the passenger side. If I had 35s then I definitely would have had to hammer where the battery is.

Booo. I don't want to anymore. I didnt take the wheels off for the pinch weld. My neighbors already love me for having a loud bike, now they have another reason for me hammering at 10am

What were you using for a hammer? You need something with a broad head. I used a 4 and 12 pound sledge.
