Drove the truck for about 20 minutes after letting it idle for 10.
This is the buttery goodness I’ve come to love. I have a lot more miles I need to put on this to test and see how it does but I’m happy for now.
Unfortunately the truck is going back into the garage as I return to work. I drive a company car so I don’t get to drive the taco as much as I used to anymore.
I’m glad I got to test the tune on the truck before hand though.

Important lesson though. DO NOT KEEP REFLASHING.
Unless there’s another update or a revision to 1.03 I’m keeping this.

Isnt the update soley to fix the surging/idle? Wasnt 1.03 Already buttery smooth lol, i think people just like the idea of an update

 

nah, there's throttle mapping adjustments that us m/t guys are waiting for.

 

I was having various issues this last go around. It wasn’t just surging/idle problems. Either way I think Mat threw some lube on top of this buttery goodness cause this shit smooth as f-k lol.

Basically what it is for me. I don't need the update, but it's an update nonetheless, and therefore I am excited for it, I will flash it, and I will enjoy it lol

 

Anybody else been noticing that lately, TW keeps putting people's quotes as posted by other people within the thread who never said those things? Lol smh
