I have a rtic 65 tan brand new for sale.. Because I bought the wrong size and needed the 45 instead.

 

Got some tickets to the Lockheed 75 year anniversary while I was out here for test flight. Saw some sick fighters and bombers flying around!

Also finally saw the F35 - I'm a huge fan of the 22's but the 35 is an interesting animal. I see the 22's all the time in the field but have yet to even catch wind of the 35's anywhere. The howl of the 22's engine is just chilling.

Not bad after the meeting. Set them straight. But this morning already off to a shitty start thanks to a shitty work email I saw while eating breakfast. Never a dull moment.

 

Damn, hopefully things clear up soon and you can have a decent week. Sounds like you need to be president for a day and fire some people to make that happen though!

 

Naw, don't want that stress and aggravation. I have to deal with overseas vendors which makes communication a bit tricky. Not to mention dimensions of tile, lead times, trying to coordinate logistics through our freight forwarder, etc... Plus a really shitty US vendor, and it makes for a ton of "hate" emails from our customer service department about why we don't have this, why we don't have that, can we get it sooner, why is it late... You know, the usual shit.

 

Sounds like you have a position that unfortunately you will always hear those complaints.

True that. Problem is, the way we are set up to work, I'm not the one to give shit to about why we don't have things in stock. Asking why things are late, yes, but why we are out, no. I manage a bunch of shit... orders that ship directly from factories, and orders that ship into our warehouse for inventory. Orders that ship directly from the factory are pretty starting forward since our system generates a purchase order that I send over when our salespeople enter an order. Orders that ship to our warehouse are created by my boss, and by the person before her that was filling in since my old boss quit back in November, and the new person just started about a month ago. Whether or not they are keeping up with the demand/requirement is not my problem, so it's not very fair that I'm the one getting shit. All of the people I interact with internally have been here for some time... they know who does what, so if they want to bitch, they should bitch to my boss, not me. And even then, the orders that are late I am not really told by our vendors why they are late. I ask, but I get no response. I ask again, still no response... especially one vendor out in CA that we buy from and I got "stuck" handling over a year ago because of some internal changes. I say "stuck" because I didn't really have a say in whether or not I wanted to take them on. It was up to my co-worker to get rid of some because he was being given more stuff to do, and being that he has seniority over me I said it wasn't my call.

It's a long story... just shitty situations in my opinion.
