Pelfrey will not work with the diff drop.

Check for rocks between the frame and and small areas where they could fit in. I thought the same thing for the longest time, took off skid plate, re-tighted hardware with bigger washers. Then I found a childs fist size rock in a small gap by the frame and the 4wd driveline which was making the vibrating noise when i hit bumps or certain rpms. no noise now

Yeah man, for as much exploring as you do, you should definitely have something beefier than the factory skids. I liked the Pelfrey ones because they are a little wider and provide some protection for your alignment cam tabs. That said, if you are running that diff drop, which I am not, Pelfrey wont work unfortunately

I'm not really familiar with a 1" diff drop so I couldn't tell you if they would work with it or not. These are 1/4" thick and are pretty damn sturdy. I know @JerryTaco took a pretty hard hit on one of his that would have destroyed the OEM tin foils and anything behind them but you could hardly tell by looking at the skid. Mine have yet to be tested!! haha

I dropped my truck really hard and dragged the skids on a rock the whole way back, I would highly recommend skid plates even for road debris.

Thanks Jason (@motorsport36) for the awesome job and install!! Great to meet you man!!

EDIT: I don't know why it's so hard to get a good picture of the headlights but they look badass in person!! Too many shinyees!

Waiting for Jerry to get new ones so I can just buy his, also the money was hard to justify.
