I've always been curious what the air space laws are over yellowstone..

 

Pretty sure it’s just a minimum height restriction. Maybe a few noise control zones but not that restrictive if I remember right

I wouldn't call the KOs a hybrind tire ever. Only 14/32'' deep tread when new.

 

I've seen them in the slop. They barely make due. You've torn the shit out of some areas because of their lack of grip in the slop.

 

Nah man. Its not just that spot. There where plenty of times where too much wheel spin was needed. Its not a mud tire. Plan and simple.

That spot though was very bad as you tried going up the soft center and now going wide on the actual bypass.

 

I get why it has poor mud performance, it's an A/T tire. But can someone explain to me why it's also poop in rain? The only time I really like them is in snow, they're a good tire in snow. They'd actually be a good tire at $550 to $600 price tag too, but at their current prices they don't make sense to me after having a set.

I was strongly thinking about getting them because I could get them in a C rating 285 on my 17s for Igor and they are good in the snow so be great for winters here. Buy god damn you are so right. I don't get why they are so freaking expensive. So not going to happen.

 

Let's just put it this way, in the rain with a full bed and 3.58 gears with my 4cyl I had no problems spinning the things, I could even understeer with them in rain. I don't run high pressure either, 34psi, that's it. They never hydroplaned too bad though so there's that. But I'm not lamenting their death, only lamenting the lost cash.
