What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Hey fellas, what are the thinnest mud flaps that are good quality for our 3rd gens? upgraded to 285's and want something that will prevent the paint from getting chipped.

 

Plasticolor found everywhere. Got mine from Oreillys. They are very inexpensive. Can get standard or long for higher lifts. RokBlokz are the very best but high dollar.

 

Finally got the TRD pro 16” wheels installed. Couldn’t be more satisfied with them. It’s pouring rain out so garage pic will have to do.

 

Recieved my TRD PRO knockoff grill today. Had the dog make sure the package was safe to open. Then installed it.

 

Installed today:

-Gasshole

-XenonDepot Xtreme HID Kit (4300k Phillips bulbs)

- TRD Pro shift knob



The HIDs are insane! I feel like I’m going to get flashed a lot but time will tell. The throw from side to side is crazy. I’ve never seen the road so pure.

The TRD shift knob really sets off my red accented interior. I didn’t like the red interior at 1st but it’s grown on me, and I’m adding to it. The outside is still all black everything though.

The gashole is just another way to spend $20 on my truck, ha. At least I know I’ll use it every week.

Now I’ve got to install my rrnetop blackout vinyl kit & I’m waiting on my groupbuy Morimoto LED blackout fog lights to come in.

Honestly after all that, the last mod on my list is the BHLM, but I doubt that’s going to happen anytime soon. It’s been a wild ride the past 4 months but I’m close to the finish line (for now).

 

Wished I’d taken a before and after but I’ll definitely be staying with the after Gy6.35 921 bulbs as my reverse lights. Nice even pattern

Just put in my Toytec "3" inch today. Should have come this height stock! I like the 5100s so far. Chasing the next mod. Either lighting or rack.. hmm.

Edit: picked up a set of used Okole covers too, only put the rears in.. pita

Brand new up here in Alaska it will run you 1100 just for the tires and that’s for only 4 tires
Don’t want to trim anything was looking for 265s or 275s

Installed a gasshole, and swapped out the OEM low beams for some Phillips bulbs. Having a bitch of a time finding some replacement H16 fog light bulbs though.

 

I need to figure out my Arb compressor situation.
