Replaced the bed decal with a third gen matte gray one.

 

Thank you ! & I removed my scoop , then pulled out that plastic piece in back of the circle mesh thing

 

Today I replaced the serpentine belt. Found it easier to remove the fan and shroud to get in to it. All that's left of the parts pile are the upper and lower ball joints and change the struts then get new tires.

Just wondering, esp after the last guy, why would anyone put flammable material in the oven? Are baking sheets and foil a thing of the past?

 

Ive always used a baking sheet with a piece of cardboard underneath the headlight without issues. The towel thing was plain silly.

 

Hauling a slide in camper way past payload. Towing my boat. Doing both of these things at the same time. Doing one or both in 4WD.
I’d rather suffer a 1-2 MPG drop in economy than risk damaging my diffs.

 

It became my workstation as I was clearing out dead trees and vines from the trees



Found a pet to keep me company also

 

I did mine from underneath. V6, didn't remove anything but the belt. I also used a piece of chalk and drew a diagram on the floor.

 

That one would be taking a flying leap! DON'T LIKE SNAKES!

Did mine last Sunday, thought about pulling out the engine, what a PITA!

 

My temporary workaround since my debadging didn't go well. I guess after 8 years the dirt and grime eat the paint around the badges. The former outline was so noticeable I just ordered these in the mean time. Planning on painting the truck soon. But these will do for now. Yes I used Goo Gone, WD40, Rubbing Compound, and even broke out my random orbital etc etc...oh and I got these decals from Ebay in case anyone was wondering.... so frustrated

 

Oh... yeah! Not my particular style or something I'd do but damn that looks amazing!

 

Don't worry I only burned the house down a little.

The sticker looks way better than the emblem.

 

I assume you have gas for the chainsaw. This is good. You'll need to cut down a small tree (let's go with 10' long) and lash the chainsaw to it. Then start the chainsaw and douse it with gasoline. Light the chainsaw on fire and only then can you safely deal with baby snek.
