Dealing with the weather means killing my liver. I like to drink just as much as the next guy, but not that much.

I find much satisfaction in my steel wheels. Did you step up to a 33x10.5?

Piss on that, when was your timing belt done. If it was in the last 40thou buy a belt and gaskets. Be neat and take care of it yourself for 300 bucks. The only time a rebuild is required, is when you break a rod, piston, Spin a crank bearing or other lower end stuff.
You still have a front sway bar in Yeah? I can understand that if your hauling bikes. What is the suspension thread called?

255/85/16 which I think means like 32.6/10/16 or something. Steel wheels look nice, I wish they had some sort of low profile hub cap, which maybe they do, haven’t looked.

But painting the hubs black looks fine too, just haven’t done the back two.

Are you selling that 85 and moving on?
Not hard to get your own lockers, just remember Ford died in the 80s, then again in the early 2000s.
I can say, it's always green grass in Washington. Just don't watch the news due to politics.
I use 4hi and locked all the time. Or 2hi locked. It' easier to turn right up hill corners when slick if you have wheel spin.

Put some shoes on the small project I bought this weekend. A decent wheel and tire can do wonders for a vehicle. He's already shaping up

So many people are ditching their 15x7 OEM alloys and I'm over here in NM trying to find a used set with Zero Luck. Nice truck BTW

So live somewhere less shitty, I don't know of anyone that's recommended living in ND ever. There are plenty of milder weather states with lax vehicle laws. CA is another extreme entirely, that's like fixing a leak by buying a new house.

Eh, it's a big job for sure but it's also fairly straight forward, especially in your case where it was just an external leak. I wouldn't call it easy but I wouldn't call it the death of your engine either. If it is your daily and you don't have a mechanically inclined friend to lend a hand then I'd find a good mechanic to do the job for you.

Leverage was the hardest thing for me since I was doing this all by myself. I made a ghetto mount out of deck wood and I laid down on the floor and pushed the mount with my legs against the garage door and pulled the wrench. If you want to picture how I looked imagine a rowing machine.

Like $100 at the hazard fraud and you could have owned a press and got those out in 30 seconds a pop.

I failed to mention I did this at 3 AM on Christmas Day. Lol.

I was too invested at that point to give in and buy a press.

meh. Used to it. That said..your living in one of the worst states ever.

    Move a little more west.

    I actually liked it before..

v6 single cab? Love the color. Wish mine was that color.

@Fernando I mean..idk why you paid 1000 for a throttle body job. THats like a fe cables and bolts. Th TB for your year is expensive but surely not that expensive..

HG is not that bad, mainly have to flush the system out. Pull the heads and reset the timing.
