P0171, fuel system too lean. P0125, Insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop operation.

Neither one of those scream air fuel ratio sensor malfunction to me. Does the truck feel like it is lacking power at all? I'm guessing you cleaned the Airflow Meter? So many variables but I would start by monitoring the live vehicle data list to give some direction. Might check fuel pressure as a shot in the dark.

Truck feels completely normal. I've been clearing the codes right away and they usually don't come back for a while.

Coolant temperature is spot on where it's always been. Need to figure out if my ultragauge can read air/fuel ratio.

I have not cleaned the airflow meter, don't think I've ever had it out. 275k on the clock, so maybe I'll give that a go.

Don't think of the P0125 like that. Standard verbiage for that code sucks. Your car is telling you that while at proper operating temperature for closed loop operation it is only running in open loop. Generally means the readings are too far out of the normal for the engine to accurately control. Shit code really

I don't know. Would have to look up the formula. Hasn't this already been figured out by someone though?

Hmm, these two show up within 24 hours of each other after being mia. Are they really one in the same? Are they vacationing together? Or is there more to this mystery?
