What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

that has to be an easy hack. Its a harrop locker. Just needs 12v constant.

 

Honestly, I haven't looked into it too much but when it comes down to it that might be how I do it. Disconnect factory wiring and wire a switch directly.

Bushing failed on the hood support, so figured I would toss in some struts. Works better than I thought for just eye balln' it.



I wasnt happy with how my hard lines worked out from my ABS delete so I went and picked up some bulk line and bent new lines tonight. I am really quite happy with the results! Kinda proud of it. Ran out of light so I'll take some photos soon.

 

i'll post some in a bit im getting ready for work. i'll get some of how the light spread is.

I don't have that light either, I tried to fill the reservoir and the fluid just leaked out so when I was doing the valve covers I just ripped it all out and will wait until I decide to buy one and relocate it.

 

if i can remember when i go to do the work i'll snap one. I have it in the box waiting for the guy to get the car here.. (Hopefully soon, i'd like the extra coin in my pocket..)
Its a 6266 billet gen 2 ceramic ball bearing Its got Precision turbos HD actuator on it as well.

Had time to get my ditch light brackets/ditch lights on this past Sunday. Still need to wire them up though:

 

New KC lights it goes low beams, high beams, KC, low beam w/KC and high beams w/ KC

 

LOL... I feel that I dumped so much money just by changing tranportation, if we all started with a Taco 1st gen then probably our wallets wont be empty now.
