I already have one on the way... (I think) :) otherwise I'd jump on the blemish for the discount.

OK, @Crgrey42 & @Jks1 , if one of yall will commit to buying this from @RelentlessFab then I will cancel my order and it will be up for grabs. I honestly jumped the gun and dont really need it so it should be an easy swap. All I care about is not screwing over a good vendor. Granted they let me get a full refund since Im finding them a replacement buyer.

Right about 75lbs. I weighed the main bumper part at 68lbs today before the install, add in some braces and bolts and it should be right around 75lbs installed.

Did you need help? I took some photos while I did my install in case other people needed assistance. It's not 100% but should help

Sorry, we had a guy quit about a week ago and it has put the pressure on me to spend extra hours in the shop keeping up with bumper fab so I never got to doing the write up. If you need assistance feel free to email in to us at sales @ relentlessfabrication.com and we can send over the pictures we took of our install a couple weeks ago.

General idea on install steps of bumper-

-remove grille,(2 clips, 2 screws. Then grille pulls forward away from truck to release clips along bottom)
-remove under-headlight trim fillers. Pull forward away from truck at grille end, other end unclips as well)
    -remove front bumper cover,
-remove aluminum bar entirely from frame from behind bumper cover,
-remove bolted on tow hook and frame cross member extensions,
-remove lower valance from bumper via clips on back,
-trim out the lower area of the bumper where the new bumper sits, reinstall bumper cover onto truck, slide our new stingray into place on the truck(we recommend a test fit before installing winch to make sure you're happy with the cut in the bumper cover before adding all that extra weight to lift),
-Install stingray bumper with the nuts on the single inner studs first, then install our lower bumper cover brace brackets with the double bend... The nut end slips into the cross member where you removed the little extensions, the ear on the other end should point forward. Thread the frame side bolts up to lift the bumper snug to the bottom of the cross member.
-Hold the bumper pulling brace plates up over the outer 2 studs, you'll see theres a plastic cap on the frame where the rear hole is... pop that off then slide the long 1/2" bolt through the bracket with nut on back side of frame.
    - tighten the 2 outer stud nuts on bumper to secure it, then tighten the 1/2" through bolt on the brace plate.
-Lastly secure the lower lip of the bumper cover to bumper cover brace installed earlier, then secure the fender well liners back to the sides of the bumper cover and reinstall your grille. Done.
