I think you're putting a little too much thought into this. I've never really associated the Tacoma as any age group's car.

I'm an old guy and have been driving Toyota 4x4's since 1979

I call my current ride a Soccer Mom car because that is the way the Toyota design team is taking them.
I fully expect to see one of the cup holders come with fingernail polish dryer feature within the next year. :(

Yeah I always look if it's safe of course. Where I'm at I see more middle aged men driving them but never really put much thought into it.

There's a hot chick that drives a silver Tacoma at one of our contract sites. Has a Betty Boop sticker on the rear window.

But I see alot of "gray haireds" driving Tacomas around town.

I think there is 1 maybe 2 non-stock Tacomas (other than nerf bars or skid plate) besides mine in the town I live in and the town I work in.....no modders around here either.

OP is 20 so I wonder what qualifies as an old guy in his book. I know when I was 20 I would consider me at my current age "old" or at least closing in on it fast. Perspective is everything, I guess.

Lol! With low deductibles I might add.

I bet it would be tough. Think of all the mommies that were late to the soccer game and had to jump some railroad tracks.

I see lots of guys around my age driving Tacomas, not so much the 50+ crowd in this area. Most of them who drive trucks (not too common here) are driving F150s, Silverados and Lincoln LTs (which make me laugh every time I see them). May be a Florida thing?
