    Got em! Test fit one side and it looks good. I'll install one of these weekends when I am at my dad's shop. Plus, I need to align my bed and bumper and I don't have time for that right now ha Thanks @CaliRaisedLed

    Mine arrived and it was nice enough out (really nice), so I mounted them up.

    A couple quick notes. The hardware is SAE. I had to search for a 7/32in hex. Thankfully, 14mm fit the nuts tightly. Also, the upper hole in both stiffeners was slightly under sized. I just quickly hit them with the 3/8in bit that I used for the bed and touched them up with some flat black spray.

    Pilot holes:

    I touched up the holes with spray paint and used some sillycone to help prevent rust:

    Those top two nuts were fun to get. 14mm deep well got the top one and a ratching box end got the next one down.

    All in. I tightened the bed bolts last. 60ft-lb on the T55 and 35ft-lb on the other:

    With the stiffeners, I was able to move the cargo net that I stole from my Wife's Forester much further back:

    Good stuff! Thanks for offering these at such a great price.

    Got one side installed today- took a while, got some extra stuff to trim and deal with.. fortunately chainsaw still fits on the driver side, just have to shimmy slightly. Unfortunately I have a 5 gallon square coleman water jug that fits perfectly on the passenger side that won't be able to stay there anymore. You can see it in the last picture.

    My comments exactly (including the point of snatching the net from my bride's Forester!). I had to enlarge the top-tab hole just a smidgen and then touch-up w/ corrosion prevention stuff. and.... Great price! Thanks Cali-Raised.

    I had to enlarge those two holes a tiny bit, too. I also added a stainless steel back plate behind the nuts for added bed strength. Pretty thin bed composite and metal behind the tail lights.

    I have plans to do the re-enforcement as well (nut side). Looking for the right plate/bar to accomplish it. Did you find the proper stock at a common store (Lowes, Home Depot, Ace)? Due to length of the supplied bolts, I was leaning towards a strip of "angle-iron" stock (stainless would be best of course) since just another thin strip wouldn't help much. Do you remember what thickness you used?

    @seecjackson

    you'll never understand it?

    look at your truck. i imagine every single thing you've put on it wasnt originally thought of by the company you purchased the item from. one example: your truck. toyota didnt invent the pickup truck.

    Also, that particular Chaosfab ad stops at 2015 Tacos. They wouldn't fit ours. (I didn't look to see if they make 3rd Gen ones since the price and the beefier Cali-Raised was enough to get my money.)
    FWIW, prolly not any difference between generations in this local. So if not then --- update the website!
