That’s what he wants I was chatting with him this morning. I would be all over it, but what he owes is alittle to much for me. He wants a truck of about 20k that is paid off. He is building a house and needs a truck

If you No Call/No Show... to your employer... when you are through an employment agency and still within your 90 day probation.... you will be fired on the spot.

Just in case no one knows this you do now... sucks this one guy here found out the hard way.

 

only a few acceptable reasons for no call/no show. Its just poor behavior - I certainly wouldnt be having any of it.

 

This was not one of those acceptable reasons... aka death in family or in a wreck and in hospital etc.

Sucks that all he had to do was call and say I am going to be out for the day... simple as that.

Not really. We now have two open spots and we are trying to hire someone but HR is coming back as they don't know if we need to fill them... yet we do and are getting behind.

 

Ya if not on the acceptable list of excuses, there is no reason for that, crazy how many people do it these days, hard to find good help. I deal with 80+ equipment operators, it's bad.

Yep. I thought it was common knowledge, but apparently not. We’ve had several guys fired because of it.

We’ve also had a lot of people only work till their first paycheck, and then never come back.

I prefer money for taco stuff though.
