I’ve seen this question asked, but I could only find it for 17s. I have 285/75/16 tires on my stock off road wheels with spacers. I want to get a new set of wheels so I don’t have to run spacers. I found a set I want that have 4.5 backspace which is what Marlin recommended, but I’ve seen others have had issues rubbing with the 17s. Does anyone have that setup?

No I didn't get any of that. But I can tell you my Caster was better because I wasn't rubbing anything like I am now

So you’re saying with 4.5 I’ll have run on the uca at full lock in reverse? So I go for something more like 4?

I gotcha. I hate guessing haha. Maybe I’ll try to find some with more backspacing.

Its easy to just get the CMC done and nibble away a bit on the front fender plastic liner a little and no worries with rubbing any size tire up to 35's. CMC only cost a hundred bucks to get done or do it yourself. Even with a low caster number around 2 range you will not rub.

Is anyone running 265/75/16 on stock wheels, with jba high castor uca’s? Any rubbing? Wheel spacers needed? Thanks

Also, anyone running high castor arms with 1”-1.5” of lift? If so what kind of castor numbers are you experiencing?

I ordered a set of JBA heavy duty uca's on Friday. I don't jump my truck, but those gussets and heavy tubes make these look beefy, worth the extra $$$. The ball joints seem easy to service. And Marlin seems very knowledgeable.
Thanks @Blackout14 for all the info! I'll post an update when when I get them installed.
