May have missed it, but kind of mpg gains should someone expect with the swap.

Not interested in the direct mpg gains, but the extended distance I can get on a tank. Like and extra 10-20 miles per tank or more/less.

I did a PreRunner to 4wd conversion and have the same MPG now that I had then.
I personally get 20 MPG with my 2.7L 5-speed driving 80% 25-45MPH, which is Toyota's advertised combined MPG.

    Yep.
Looking for a sanity check... there shouldn't be any wheel fitment issues with any OEM wheels correct?

    OEM wheels are perfect.
The hubs are exactly same profile, so if they fit now they will fit then. It’s 106mm

    Subbed to read.

Also, I know I have never met you.. but I literally have had this planned for years. You did it first, curious to see your solution vs mine once I have time to read.

    Alright, read the whole thread.

I like how simple your kit is, I very likely will consider this in the future. Your solution is much easier than mine, although similar.

I was basically going to do the same as you with the new CV end, and some OEM yota bits but none of the same ones haha. My version is harder to package, and would cost more. I also have not put it in motion, Props to you for getting this done!

Aside from your CV's I probably have all the bits. Ill have to dig around and see what I have.

Since you have done this, I likely will not chase my idea, and just use yours. Do your unit bearings and hub come pressed already?
