    It should go smooth. The biggest potential hiccup imo is getting the cv in and out. Everything else is a breeze.

    Also, don’t hammer the cv to get it out of the spindle. You can mess up the threads doing that. I used a punch in the center, and hammered on that.

    Nahh...I paid $68 for a Cardone and it gave me an OEM trail spare axle...The Cardone isn't quite OEM, but don't have to go through the rebooting process.

    No leaks at the diff? That’s the main problem I hear from aftermarket cv axles.
