 Hey, just wanted to say DON'T EVER GO THERE! This location is off of 7th street and Union Hills! Me and PackerfanXD went there to get our new wheels mounted up. We had an appointment at 3pm and we were told it'd be 75 bucks plus tax to swap the wheels. Well, 3 1/2 hours later we got our trucks back and they charged 40 dollars more than we were told! I got a lil pissy because of the wait time and they quoted us a WAY cheaper price! I asked for them to discount it and they wouldn't! So I leave and they charge Matt 50 dollars more...so he freaks out and they give him a discount, he only paid 85 bucks out the door!!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY, FUCK THOSE GUYS! I'm going in there tomorrow to get my fuckin money refunded! If Matt payed 85 than I should too! He had his tires rotated and new TPMS kits installed....I DIDN'T! So just to run that past ya again...I paid 129 and Matt paid 85... Whatta joke! It pisses me off that you have to be a dick to get anything anymore! What happened to running a good honest business?

Wow...They didn't have you sign a slip that quoted you a price and said that they'll notify you of any changes??

    That's really shady...like REALLY REALLY.

Okay, a lil update here. So I called and asked for the Mgr. and explained the situation to him and told him how it was bullshit the Matt gotta outta there paying $85 for new TPMS Kits and a Tire Rotation, plus getting the new wheels put on and I got charged $129 for just getting the wheels mounted...He didn't say sorry or ANYTHING, just "i'll refund ya 40 dollars". Oh well, they made it right in the end but what a hassle!!!

Firestone screwed me over once. I have never been back and always advise against using them. I'm glad your geting some money back. I go to Discount Tire for all my tires.

That doesn't surprise me one bit. I had a very similar experience here in SA with a Firestone Tire. I have yet to ever have a good experience with ANY Firestone locations. Needless to say, I wont ever be dealing with them again.

The things required to pull bitches
The firestone around here are the same way. My buddy's bought the lifetime alignment thing, 2 months later he goes to get an alignment they denied him because his truck was lifted, which was BS Nothing changed on the truck at all.

I don't deal with Firestone at all. There's a tire shop by me that swap tires and balances it for 40 bucks.
