Current market is for sellers, not home owners in general. It's a great time to sell, but at the same time, it sucks buying a home to replace that home.

If you're not selling, market doesn't affect you - Why? because prices will fluctuate/adjust eventually. Still, there will be equity ... but not as much as right now

 

I saw this the other day. Is there really a purpose for it? The truck didn't look like it hit trails much.

its been like that in sac for the last 3 to 4 yrs. bay area suites buying up shit houses for crazy prices then demo the whole lot and built new. just to make 100k. i see 900sq ft homes sell for 450k they level them rebuild a 1600sq ft home and sell for 750k+ the market is crazy right now even in sac area.

 

I eventually want to move to Auburn ... when the next crash happens, hopefully I'll be ready

 

I’m no laborer but we keep low overhead and we all wear a ton of hats to keep it tight and our wallets happy.

 

save your cash and wait. its going to crash soon. stocks are already taking a dive. its just a matter of time.
