I remember in high school (catholic school) we would have a half day yesterday then off today, friday, and monday for Easter. Those were the days....

Nope, we have school Monday. I took this past Monday off to bring my father to the airport but at that point I hadn't even realized I had tomorrow off so that just worked out as a bonus!

Morning all!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes; I didn't even touch my computer while I was on vacation; it was awesome. Got a ton of pictures from out West on my camera that I'll upload at some point. Had a great time; the scenery out there is crazy. Hit a bunch of national parks, did some skiing at 11000 feet (gave myself a pretty good goggle burn too ), stayed up late and slept in during the mornings, got to see a couple of awesome snow storms, and put over 2100 miles on our rental Rav4 (some of which even involved some off roading)

You know me well.

Kinda Sorta. Went something like 38 hours without sleeping because I can't sleep on a plane for some reason. Landed in Vegas at 11:45, picked up the rental Rav4, and headed out on the strip. Got back to the car around 6AM, drove out to Henderson and grabbed breakfast, then spent the day touring the Lake Mead National Rec Area. Arrived in Brian Head that evening, right before a snow storm. Had a couple fingers of a nice aged rum & lay down on the couch around 8 or so to watch the news and the next thing I knew it was morning, lol.

Indeed. Vegas was a zoo, btw. Eye candy everywhere, though. Almost gave myself whiplash a couple of times

Nah, I'm a pro. I know when I need to stop, and my tolerance has increased to the point that I need to drink rather a lot to even worry about a hangover at this point. The lack of sleep was more of an issue than anything.
