    Not in my area.

Fire economy going to keep home values surging for a few years. Still thousands displaced, rents are sky high-er. Sellers market, and the hundreds of burned out lots for sale are sitting.

I’ve been a part of 4 big players in the industry and they’ve all crumbled. Albeit all different ways but we’ve protected ourselves from that same demise and hoping it never happens. We’re on year 5 and have beaten each previous year thus far. 2018 so far is shaping to be insane. I’ve already sold more than I sold all of 2017. It’s just nuts.

    Or pepper plant!

Or the Trader Joe’s jalapeño pepper hot sauce!

I’m a fan of good hot sause but it tends to gives me hiccups.

I’m hoping I’ll grow out of it. :(

Always a cycle, but my area is a ways out from that point.

I would love to buy something else but frankly, I’m in good shape on my current mortgage and I don’t really want to move. Don’t need to, yet, anyway.

So I’ll let the market go where it wants and hopefully I sell on a Friday, market crashes Monday, and Tuesday I pay cash for acreage.

I was Ontario this week for training. Some rad shit saw I did. Like a 12 cylinder BMW motor.

Rode the bike down there. Except for rain on Sunday.

Down there, they love their street racing. But, the also love their Tacos too.

Trader Joe's jalapeño hot sauce is legit! The wife and I have been hoarding empty sauce bottles for our own brew.
Just so you know...you'll never grow out of it.

Just over 2 years ago, we moved from Roseville further up the hill than Auburn. We're between Auburn and Colfax, and absolutely love it. For the land and structures on our property, it would have easily been over $1m in Roseville (at prices 2 years ago), so it's a no-brainer. My commute is 25 miles (Roseville), and #wifey goes 35 miles to Rancho. We recently refinanced, so I'm ok with the upcoming fluctuations. Good luck in your search, and be sure to at least look at some places further up 80!

That's why it's nice doing what we do is we always have service, testing, and monitoring even when the install side slows. Being that every building is mandated to have fire alarm it's a good industry plus very few of us in the state.

Service always does good even in the worse economy. Same goes for plumbers even when people are broke they want their toilet to flush

@Holloman has a winch mount for me. I know @Goobersbro is working a job in Petaluma and might be able to help out as he travels this way.

Had a pretty epic Wednesday. Played hooky in order to meet up with an awesome fellow TW member at Beale AFB to pick up some parts. Upon arrival he asked me "you like to go fast?" my response, "um, fuck yeah!"
