I've got some bike locks holding some gear to my truck more securely that we can use to lock coolers to trees or camp trucks. Won't need my gear locked to the truck during Jambo.

Mmmmm wonder what the hold up is on that... prob have a lot going on to be honest.

Ah, still think I want to do an X20 possibly... but those are tempting for the price and since I don't plan on submerging my winch anytime soon so may still get an XRC...

Same here... that is what keeps my hilift from being stolen along with the spare tire.

But we can lock stuff to the designated camp truck.... paging @Silverspool

Rear winch would be awesome. I get jealous of heeps that can run them. You should totally try to mount one up with the flat bed!

Well the difference between the xrc and the x20 are the x20 has a wireless remote and a dynamic brake which is pretty much a must for synthetic cable. I am not saying I won't sell it to you, but if you are gonna switch out cable to synthetic...might as well get a dynamic one. I prolly take $275

May see if you can email them again or get with them on Facebook?

    If that is the case...
TTrying to decide between the XRC9500 with Synthetic line or the XRC9500 with Steel Line...

Clay makes some great points about the xrc vs x2o and that price is screaming... I like his thoughts on mounting it to the back of his truck though.

What springs are you running up front? Don't forget that steel rope is heavy, which lends to its durability, but may affect your suspension. I ran 887s when I was on an OME setup, and when I switched to 700lb springs it felt soooooooooo much better to drive.

I'll say I love having a wireless remote and the weather sealing gives me peace of mind since my control box is mounted in the bumper and not protected under the hood. YMMV

mmmm I would like synthetic just because of the weight savings and as a buy once cry once type of things.

All I got is a Mosin Nagant rifle lol...

    Not much else lol

Will more than likely go the X20 route with the synthetic ropes... as buy once cry once...
