Let me restate that; I need to find someone to show me how to play the sport? Is a timed event? Nevermind. I’ll google it. I have a former coworker who treated it like a cult. It fascinated me. Plus, I love me some fresh cut grass!

It can be quite leisurely, unless it's super busy. Etiquette is of course important when either playing in a large group or you have really good people behind you waiting to throw. Best to just let the "pros" play through... I'm thinking of playing a round while in Santa Rosa next weekend if anyone wants to join...

 

I have that. The sticky tape sucks. Falls off after a week in hot weather

 

Never played Disc Golf, but if anyone ever wants to join in some Ultimate I play in Alameda most Sunday mornings.

 

Keep one in my truck at all times!

 

There’s a difference?

 

Ultimate is more like flag football with a frisbee, Disc is more like golf.

 

Thanks. I’ll take the golf. My delicate sensibilities only allow for contacts sports to occur in the privacy of my bedroom.

 

I have extra discs you can use, you going to T&T next weekend?

 

Next weekend is the MIL’s birthday. We are more than likely going to Yosemite. If we can’t wrangle that, then it’s down to Cayucos in an air bnb. I vote for Cayucos.
