Went with Icon Stage 1 instead of Bilstein, Kings or Pro Comp. Its a bit more than Bilstein, but with any of these brand - you will not go wrong. No AAL in the rear. Raised 2" in Front, Rear about 1". No Rake, so from the side - very level. I also have the 275-70-17" BFG KO2. I am getting average of 15.8 to 16.5 (drop of 1 to 2 MPG because of the Tire size & rating) Since you do quite a drive, I would suggest going down on the tires to 265-70-17 (there's an E rated - same tires as a TRD PRO). Wheels are 17x8.5 Icon Rebound, Zero Offset. Also, since you live in SOCAL - check some of the vendors here. I went with Demello Offroad for all of my Icon products - call Tiffany or Jason.

I replaced my Westin Trasher (https://www.westinautomotive.com/thrasher-running-boards) running board for a Rock Crusher Slider. Let me know if you want to add a running board in yours - I can sell the Westin for $200 (Only used it for 8 months).

Since you spend a lot of time IN the truck use the money to upgrade that first, Clazzio seat covers are probably my favorite interior mod that will keep the interior looking good. I installed my covers 2 years ago and the seats still look great and almost brand new even though the truck is a daily driver (40 mile round trip commute daily.)

Weather tech liners stay in place and keep the carpet looking good, much better than the all weather OEM mats.

For tires I have Nitto Terra Grappler G2 in 265/70/17 size, decent all terrain tire that also performs well in the wet. Have performed very well for 30k miles, come in C and won't break the bank.

Lift oi you think it's necessary but I'd stay below 2 inches in total height, anything more just costs more money exponentially just to get a decent alignment. You can go with 5100 shocks but the ride get's worse if you preload the shocks to raise the truck up, just spend a little more money on aftermarket springs to do the lifting and you'll have a decent ride both on and offroad.
