Went to change my oil and rotate my tires today and found all my front Lug Nuts were basically hand tightened and I was missing a Lug from the passenger side. Thanks alignment shop, kind of scary to think about driving down the highway for 50 miles at 80mph two days in a row prior... New Lugs on the way...

Was just washing my truck and found dark, sticky grease along the driver's rocker panel and door. A little too dark to see my inner cv boot clearly, but it looks dirty. I am guessing torn cv boot. Any link to the company that sells the high angle replacement boots? List of tools, supplies and parts needed? Also anyone in Orange County, so cal who has done this before and wants pizza and beer while they coach me?

Mud down here's terrible, totally nasty stuff that gets in everything and is impossible to clean. Mines never been a clean truck but now I need goggles anytime I venture beneath.

my rear main was leaking as you can see, but I had planned to do it anyway, without all the dirt would've taken 30 min tops, but took probably 1.5 with a wire wheel getting all the crevices and such.

If I've done it before I'd help. But if someone chimes in that has done it before I'm so down and you provide the beers and I'll change the pizza to bbq. Mine have less the 10k miles on them and there split but I als9 bought them from autozone

Was watching a you tube by Timmy the toolman, seems ok to do. I have done my lift and lower ball joints, kind of a shade tree mechanic.

Well I'm on Spring Break. Now to finally finish the metric ton of mods I have piled in my garage and never had the chance to install.

Starting with that Dash Cam... I seriously regret not having it installed when that Tundra almost hit me head on last month. Invest in a dash cam, folks.

Still have to find one I like, but I'm fully onboard with the idea. I guess I'll browse some Techmoan videos until I find a cam that meets my needs and isn't too expensive since I'll need one for the cruiser and the Taco.

A dash cam probably woulda saved me from a ticket last winter...
but I've still never looked into them, too lazy and poor.

I went for the Rexing front and rear camera model off Amazon - I almost sprang for the GPS module but I thought it may incriminate me with the speed being displayed - even if I wasn't speeding.

Even a cheap $20-$50 camera will save your ass in an accident. Seriously it will pay off.

Yeah not sure I'd need GPS anyway. I can't see out the back on the taco anyway, but the Rexing cam looks nice.
