    I’ve reached out to the dealer, sent them pictures. I just picked it up yesterday and wasn’t paying attention to the details of the finish, because I’ve never had acSnugToo that looked this rough, so we will see what they say. I’m not too worried that they won’t fix the issues.

    exactly! like I said, I didn't really go over with a fine tooth comb at the dealer but, when I got home I was looking at it and that is when I saw all the stuff.

    Spoke to the dealer, they could not have been cooler about it. I need the cap for a trip to The Last Great Place in May but after that they will take the cap off and send it back to SnugTop to fix all of the issues with it. Just not the quality I've come to expect at all. The good news is, I chose a great dealer to work with.

Decided to spend a little more with a ARE Overland shell and love it on my17-lB, inferno, they matched it perfectly!
