More than likely one of the drive belts has stretched. Cut it at a 45° angle and take about 1/8" off then super glue it back together. While you have the hood up (cover off) might as well clean the heads, no need for the Sony proprietary Betamax head cleaner any off the shelf 8 track head cleaner will work. And a small drop of oil on the spindles.

I still have my prosumer S-VHS deck hooked up to the Denon AV Amp so VHS works for me. I should disconnect it someday but then what would I do with the dual cassette deck sitting on top of it?

@scottalot you would be jealous. My buddy is cleaning out his basement getting ready to list his house for sale. He texted me that he had some bags of lump charcoal he didn't need, looked like in the picture they were just 4 regular bags of Cowboy lump. In fact they were four 34 lb bags. suckers are massive, its a pain dumping them into the smoker, i have to reach in and take it out. They are also taking up a lot of space in my shed now

Hop on that horse and head on up. Kind of forgot about the whole Easter meal thing LOL. Sons aren't into it or so they say. Looked at some hams last night at the grocery store, so that is why there so many to choose from. Haven't been to Costco in almost 2 weeks now been working on cleaning out the freezer should take a look there too.

If I had company guess it would be a double smoked glazed ham. Italian Sausages. Brown Sugar stuffed Onions. Bacon wrapped Meatballs. And some crabbed stuffed shrooms on top rack for an early appetizer. Damn think I just talked myself into it. Or see if a restaurant down in town has something. Nah that is always a huge letdown if not downright disgusting.
