I'm not into the jewel eyes myself but here are my thoughts...

    black (duh)
big led switchback like you have in the picture
rgb halos or rgb demon eyes (or both i suppose)
    good quality projector.

keep it simple. aggressive. the square projector lenses dont look half bad on these trucks.

Oh, and just buy the design from @mesojdm for his 1000 LED tails

Funny story, I was actually working with Andrew @TRS on developing those horseshoe LED Tail boards for me.

Any kind of time frame on these? Was considering retrofitted but gonna wait and see what you have to offer. Thanks

This would be a really great option for those wanting to run LED since it is designed from the ground up to utilize an LED light source. Great warranty, and the price point is very reasonable compared to what 2nd gens pay for a retrofit service.

The key feature I do not see is lens heaters. OEM LED headlights come with lens heaters to prevent icing, as do aftermarket LED headlight brands like JW Speaker (though not available in composite lights like the modern Tacomas). Icing is a real problem in cold weather conditions. For market research purposes, JW Speaker chose to offer their LED headlights with and without heaters, the former costing a premium. You might consider making it standard to drive down cost for the heaters, or making it optional to have a lower cost product without. However without the heaters the headlights still have one of the same major flaws of aftermarket LEDs.

You might also consider this for 2nd gen. The 3rd gens projectors are a more forgiving platform, people put HIDs or LEDs in them all the time due to the projector cut off, so there may be less appeal to a proper ground up solution for the cost. 2nd gen reflectors cost a significant amount to pay for a retrofit service, which also requires buying the lights or using your existing ones causing the vehicle to be out of service. I think offering a properly built LED headlight platform to replace the old style reflectors would be a big hit.

Single digits of OEM LED headlights come with heaters. JW has one model available with it--it's not common at all unfortunately.

Last storm we had I saw plenty of headlights/fog lights buried in snow while driving. Pretty funny actually cause my " obsolete halogens " were performing still.

By one headlight model, you mean 3. :) And a whole line of heated LED products. But yes, it is not across the entire product line. You asked for headlight thoughts, I gave you mine. No intent for malice.

I'll definitely recommend this solution to all those mis-guided 3rd Gen owners that think they can get the same results putting a drop in LED in their H11 housing, as there is nothing on the market that is comparable.

But of course not any led bulb will do. 4 bi-led projectors.

Initial design renders. Now to produce a 3D printed housing like our F150s
