I don’t know what to think of this.

I’ve played just about every sport, football, soccer, basketball, baseball, etc.. the only thing I really care to watch is racing. Formula drift, F1, off-road racing, nascar, hell even motocross. I couldn’t give a shit about any professional sports.

Is this even fucking English? What is going on here?

29, yew sonofabitch. I’ve got one more year of young in me.

Basically. Fat also isn’t very dense, so I can also walk on water. U jelly?

I used to be yuge into the Braves until they basically got rid of every player on their roster a few years back. I went from being able to name every starter to not knowing a single player (besides Freeman) in like a 2 month period...haven’t been able to get back into it since. It also doesn’t help that the new stadium is an added 15 miles to the already 50 mile treck to Turner Field. Haven’t even been to Suntrust yet.

College football is the only sport worth watching. I can watch college football all day, erry day. Pro is stupid.

Yea, on sportscenter. Don’t have to watch 3.5 hours of boring. They just show the good stuff in a 15 second clip.

Hey woah. Hey woah. Lets not say things we can’t take back.

I like college. In a lot of ways it’s more entertaining. I also like the rules better, especially OT rules.

    But nothing replaces the NFL.

    Go Badgers.

It was pretty cool to see Hank Aaron take a lap around the field in a corvette and to see Chipper Jones throw out the first pitch. Especially cool seeing the fighter jets pass over the field.

Yeah... they are both equivilently lame. My intelligence level is high enough where I’m not entertained my people beating eachother up.

Believe it or not I think the NFL is less of a gladiator sport lol. At least year they are going to crack down on aggressive hits. We’ll see how that goes.

I like the NFL but appreciate its a different sport than College.

Would be cool to see hank. Chipper has a house here in Blue Ridge and see him downtown eating all the time. Nick Chubb was there. I’d be more excited to see him than anyone else that was there.

I dead lifted 375 conventional last night. Didn't feel pretty. I'm sure I lost some tightness in my upper back. And the bar looks like it gets out in front of me but im not sure. I took videos at 325 sets of 3 from the front back and side but I still think its my upper back not being tight. I'm gonna have to work more on technique and maybe some rack pulls. I'm thinking about posting on the insta and having you guys critique it. Gonna go private so only you guys can see my fat ass.

Form is the most important thing to me because of my history of injuries.

I have learned to focus heavily on volume to build a base for heavier lifts.

If you find you are adding strength to the point where your form is suffering a little bit, then hit that exercise with some good volume to help build up all your stabilizer muscles to support the increasing strength of the larger muscles.

I have issues with my DL also. I have been doing really heavy RDLs for a while so my glute/ham strength is pretty awesome. When I start getting tired on by conventional DLs I start RDLing the weight up and stop bending my knees. Which is kinda bad ass considering my glutes and hams are that strong but it won’t be so bad ass when I fuck up my back doing that with 400+lbs in my hands.

Long story short I like backing the weight off and doing 5 sets of 10 to help me hit the reset button a bit and ego check.

I will still do my heavy sets but a different day I’ll go for reps rather than weight.

You mean the year before last? (Unsure if you meant the Badger game).

If so... not really. I’m not a fan of half ass teams who only show up the second half of the game and win.
@ThunderCookies likes those kind of teams too. He’s almost dead to me because if his NFL affiliation.
