    That's correct, the ecu only gets air temp from the maf.

    Pretty sure URD did some pre and post testing. After long or consecutive hard pulls. Might have been collaborative with APR back in the day. Datalogs showed evidence. Whether from the device or external sensors. This is then when the 7th was created to be used for cooling.

    @Coupe has pre and post sensors. He has hands on data as well. As for what all testing he has done, I cannot answer.

    need to be careful with a faster pump. if the coolant passes through to fast it will not have enough time for heat transfer.

    A redesigned cover to allow for a larger intercooler inside the supercharger body would by far be the most benificial. I would be all over it if it became available.

    I have thought about that a little bit, like a 1" riser spacer and a corresponding 1" taller intercooler. Good idea! I wonder how the increased plenum volume would effect hp/tq characteristics?

    Interesting! Apparently they get shipped to URD first. Sucks for you Murph...it went from Cali across the states, then back to Cali for you to get it! At least we now have progress and you guys should have them next week.

    Whoever starts working on theirs first please post a good pic of the uncut shroud so I can post it on page 1.
    I trimmed mine flush with the shroud sides using a dremel with cutoff wheel. It basically just melts through the plastic. Then break off the plastic (slag).
