Sounds good! My plan is to take them off when I get home from work tonight, so they will be available ASAP.

Toyota is always the right call! Gonna mod the landcruiser or keep it stock for mpg's and family stuff?

I want to eventually, but I need to see what I can get my hands on first for a cruiser and if there is any money left in the budget afterwards. Main thing is to get out of what I have left for my payments on the truck, that will be a huge savings each month and then having the added room for the kids will be beyond awesome for them. When all three sit back there they look like their packed in like sardines!:rofl:The teenager and pre-teen are none to impressed with long rides.....

Oh tell em to quit complaining! I rode on jump seats of a 94 extended cab toyota pickup till i was 12 years old! What year landcuiser you looking for? Atleast then itll be paid for without those pesky payments. Thats why i went for an older Taco with low miles. Although now all i want is a 5.7 tundra to tow and i wanna keep this taco for a trail rig  Pipe dreams i would like to accomplish some day. Landcruisers are fairly capable though considering they are like bbw 4runners. Hopefully it can keep you on the trails!

Haha, I've made my son Suffer long enough, he's pushing 6ft and constantly looks miserable. What put the nail in the coffin was on Sunday I took the kids Tubing up at Nashoba and I borrowed a friends Honda pilot which is about the same space as the LC. My son brought a buddy plus I had my father along for the ride and there was still plenty of space to spread out. That sold me!
I'm looking for 1998-2007 and being super picky! I'd much prefer 2003-7 but if an earlier model is well taken care of I may consider it. I've actually been mainly looking in Florida around my father's area because there's relatively not frame rust to speak of on many of the inland Fl trucks, although I just saw a sweet one in NC that already has some of the work done I want to do.

Well if your father lives in florida have him pick you up an immaculate landcruiser and cruise it on up here! Do those have central locking diffs? We have a highlander for long family trips, my mom takes the car with the dog and i go solo with the taco.

yes they do, and the earlier models has a rear locker too, just weighing all the options and that's sorta the plan, only I'll fly down and drive back in April if I can find one.

Well in order to do what I wanted to last week, I was ready to have my daughters either double up on each other's lap or try and squeeze them in the same seatbelt fitting 4 across the back. Niether was really a good or safe option. I was happy my friend offered his Pilot for the occasion.
Believe me Rob, I'm going to miss this truck and probably regret my decision a few years down the road but hopefully the LC will be good for me. We'll see...

Nice, can’t go wrong with a Landcruiser.

I miss my 80 series but have a few 40 series that keep me plenty busy.
