285/75/16 plus KO2s. Also running the TRD Pro Baja wheel. Putting on Icon Stage 3 in a week or so.

much rub? ill be getting a limited and plan on 285s also, not afraid of CMC or some timing but to a point you know.

 

Technically there is not supposed to be any- unless you are in full turn and compressing, at which point there will be some slight rubbing. However, I had a noticeable rub on all right hand turns initially. I measured the distance from the back of the tire to the wheel well and noticed that the passenger side was more than an inch closer than the driver side. I took it to the dealer and they performed an alignment to fix the caster on that wheel. Now it drives how I would expect - no rubbing, but don't take it off road, and careful on sharp downhill turns. I get my lift installed next week though, and then I should be in the clear.

 

hell yea nice, mine is gonna be strictly a daily. no problem doing triming of plastic but an alignment with a healthy does of positive caster will help also. truck looks amazing man, super clean, simple. really dig it

 

Thanks man! You'll be happy with that tire size. I used to have KO2s in 265/70/16 (Stock size) but just didn't feel right. So glad I made the switch. Oh, and I also changed my spare size as well (not a KO2), and pleasantly surprised to find out that a 33" fits in the spare compartment.

 

Finally got one! Picked it up yesterday. Had the predator steps put on and tint on the front windows to match the back. I have been watching all you guys (and gals) for ideas. I can’t wait to blow through my savings!

Finally got some pictures taken. Took the TRD stickers off and added my own. Just got the vinyl decal cutter dialed in this weekend.
