    They are in the "middle" of the culdesac, but yes. The folks that live in those two houses had to drive around the douche bags to enter/exit their drives.

    PD was happy to ticket as they had been told the night before to move the trucks.

    correct if I am wrong but aren't you supposed to tow 4wd/awd on a flat-bed? I'd hate to get a repair bill for busting that drive-line. (unless they were able to get into the card and pop it in N)
