I’d be worried the side bolsters will make those a pita to get in and out of

Those easy enough to still be able to lean out the window when you need to? Look pretty deep

You're not wrong, they've been dubbed "the ass hatchet" for when you dont quite make it in or out of the seat fully. Watch out for your sack too.

I have to contort like a mofo to get in and out of my truck now. Also took the life of my phone screen that got wedged in between my thigh and steering wheel :)

I’ve rode in a few Jeeps with these in them and didn’t have any issues. Yes the seat belt can get a little snug around the nutz but oh well. Also about the height it’s perfect for me. Also nothing custom seat brackets can’t fix for the height issue also. Ed has some similar in his buggy and haven’t had a problem with his either.

This is a trail rig not a rig that has to be drove for hours at once so, they’ll do.

The trail rig part is the problem lol

If you are driving for a long time, you aren’t jumping in and out 20 times in a day like you are when you are wheeling. What @NateMob was getting at is that with a relatively tall truck, it can be a challenge to hoist yourself in or out around the bolster...especially if you catch the wheel with a thigh in motion. You’ll feel like you ripped your ass in half on the bolster the first time you only make it halfway in or out.

It's fun hi stepping into the rig. After all day of jumping in. I'll just chill in the bug and let timmay and Jambo spot lolMVIMG_20180319_081331.jpg

QR Steering Wheel and Cage Door Bars that are higher than the bolster make it super easy.

Sit on the door bar, put both feet inside, slide down into seat.

Thank you for this. My work didn’t go in vain.

I remember hitting my ass in my seats all the time when I had my drift car but then I remember racing seats are meant to hold you in them no matter what.

i have corbeau forza fixed back seats and 5pts in my car. definitely holding me in, lol.

i also dont mind the high bolster, a little more work to get out but getting in is just as easy. but im sitting down vs climbing up into a jeep/truck

Which ones you got? Ed’s sides are higher than mine so you may have the ones he has in his buggy? :notsure:

I got the Baja SS. The sides are a little smaller than the ultra.
