    I was thinking something similar, only with a clear tape like packing tape.

    That print looks WAY to big for a strip of regular packing tape, though!

    This was from ceramicpro.com and is a 9H Nano ceramic glass coating good for 2 years and can be reapplied on the 2 year aniv . with the low mileage I drive and being garage kept this two year application can actually last 4 years
