I think that the problem was that we don't have an exchange server. Not exactly sure, this is for someone in the office...It's so easy on my Blackberry, shame everything else is so hard on it.

she was hoping for a way to have the contacts automatically sync so when she adds or changes one in her laptop or Droid, the other is automatically updated.
