Ordered a Dashmat from GoGlobalAccessories.com for my Taco, Tracked it all the way to my front porch...only it was never put on my front porch! I was so disappointed, it's been over 100 degrees in SoCal and my dash is cooking in it every day.

I emailed FedEx, they 'put a trace' on the package, that was it. Nothing more from them. I also sent GoGlobalAccessories.com an email and I got a quick response. They are awesome, they put in a claim with FedEx for a lost shipment and sent me another Dashmat! Kudos to GoGlobalAccessories.com!

    Just thought I'd share...

Here are pictures of the illusive Dashmat installed.

Carpet for the top of the dash...keeps it from cooking in the sun.

Here I thought it for extra "padding" for those secluded parking spots late at night... ;)

Let me know what the tracking number was. Perhaps I can help a little without beating around the bush.

Were you there when they delivered it? If not, how do you now it wasn't delivered and then stolen.

I am a courier for fed ex why didn't you ask for a Signature required @ delivery on the package? Dont see how it is fed ex's fault if someone jacks it from the porch you told the to leave it on

Fedex guy delivered a package of medical supplies to my grandparents in Florida while I was with them. BIG red stickers on it saying "SIGNATURE REQUIRED". What did he do? Drop it on the porch and walk away. I happened to notice someone through the blinds, and stepped outside to see the box.

Some people just can't fucking read.

I can't count the number of times things are supposed to be signed for, and get dropped off if no one is home anyway. It's cool to do at my house where they leave it around back, out of sight, and protected from rain/snow, but COME ON! Make the effort to at least knock on the door or ring the bell and ATTEMPT to get a real signature.

Never hit my porch...people were home, people were on the porch 10 minutes after it was 'placed on porch'. I understand your need to lay blame elsewhere...but in this case it is clear that the package didn't go to the right place...

Appreciate the offer, but I have the replacement already so I'm good as far as this goes.
