    Typically a strain of hops have a small range of AA%.

    Cascade around 5ish%

    Chinook around 12ish%

    Then everything in between.

    Some are better for bittering (magnum high aa) some or better for flavor/aroma (citra/Amarillo typically low aa)

    Although some high aa hops are great for flavor and aroma like centennial. Or cascade is relatively low aa and also great for bittering and aroma/flavor.

    The mailing places around the Austin area were asking to seal the boxes in person so the staff could see what was being boxed due to the recent events in the area. Sounds like that policy is done now.
