    More adulting for me here. I have to finish up the garage and a few other things for the housing inspection. Then I get to put it all back once inspection is over. Seriously putting a damper on my work and play when I have things scattered in 4 storage locations. :(

    Apartment building.... my ceiling fan is to close to the smoke detector. Garage is only for cars:jerkoff::brianr:. The other things in my apartment have been fixed. I just do the stuff in my apartment to keep the management workers out. I have seen what their handy guys do and i am not impressed. Plus we have a secret cat.

    Ain't no one got time to learn everything there is... if you do. The tech will change while your standing still. (I hate computers and sensors). So you learn the basics, learn as you go so you can make money and fly by the seat of your pants. Do everything to specific codes, pull permits and don't take a job you feel you may spend the next 10 years in court over.
