Installed my boost/AFR combo gauge tonight. Didn’t install the o2 sensor, have to get creative with how I am going to run that wire.

So I havent tested back to back Donaldson vs AFE, but here’s some numbers for you guys with the Donaldson.
    Running 2.85 pulley
    1490 Ft above sea level
    Air temps around 63 degrees.
My peak boost was 6.4 according to the gauge. (Shortie headers with cats, urd ypipe with no cats, 3” exhaust).

    How’d I do?

I’m glad you posted that @Murphinator

I got my gauges hooked up the other day and meant to ask you guys, does 6.1 lbs sound right with the UCON kit, S/C, and TCAI? At 6.1, the AFR was reading like 10.2. . . . .

Keep us posted on ur cats.
Mine didnt last long with shorties, i blame it on the trd flash being super rich.
10s are common on stock pulley and even 2.85 can yield high 10's:1 or low 11s.

Btw, i extended my aem wideband wiring with a second harness i got from aem online. It made fishing the wires easier as i had more to work with

What cats were you running? Stock? For my DTSTs I ordered Vibrant GESi hi-flow cats...rated for forced induction up 500hp.

The rubber flange on the Donaldson filter is a bit thinner than the flange on the AFe. My clamp ran out of threads before the filter got tight. So I used an old 700 x 20c road bike inner tube to thicken it up so I could use the same clamp.

The sticker doesn’t bother me. I think the air is more likely to go in through the end rather than the sides. Plus the sticker adds +20 HP.

That’s what I saw with similar mods. Basically sea level here In Northern NJ

I saw 9.8 once. That was up in NH at -17* F though.
