    Yea over here they were requiring boxes to come in unopened or they would Require you to open it. Hell it even happened to @-mike- out there in Cal but he got a cool chick who just let it ride

    Speaking of Austin. Does Blue Owl distribute at all? We visited the brewery a while ago and they had some amazing sours. We have been sipping on a pack of Van Dayum for a bit now and love it.

    If you like to read I’d recommend the complete joy of homebrewing and how to brew.

    The second book can be a little overwhelming with information but I still refer to it.

    Scored some of these last night...

    4 pack of Founders KBS and 2 bottles of Monday Night Brewing Tears of My Enemies

    The Tears also comes in a Scotch barrel version that I tried later in the evening... Not a huge fan of scotch, but damn it was good! Really high hopes for the bourbon variant! Monday Night has been killing it with their Garage series lately!

    You looking at beer server or actual certified ciccerone? The server test is fairly easy but it really doesn't do much for a person unless you want to climb the Ciccerone ladder. If you want real knowledge look into taking the BJCP exam.
